How it works

1. WhatsApp us with photos/video of the issue + brand/model
2. We diagnose remotely + give you a quote within 1 hour (working hours)
3. If quote accepted, we book the next available slot — usually next-day
4. Technician arrives, fixes on-site (or takes to workshop if heavy parts needed)
5. You inspect + sign off. Pay only after work is done

Pricing

Final pricing is quoted after diagnosis. We never start work without your approval.

Warranty on repairs

Every repair carries a 6-month warranty on parts + labor. If the same fault recurs, we fix it free. (Doesn't cover unrelated new issues or misuse.)

We service equipment bought elsewhere too — Carrefour, Amazon, second-hand. Bring any brand, any age. Quote is honest; we tell you when it's not worth repairing vs. replacing.
