Maintenance Plans
Fitness equipment is mechanical — even quality machines need periodic care. Our annual maintenance plans keep your gear running like new and catch issues before they become breakdowns.
Why bother with maintenance?
- Treadmills — belt + deck need lubrication every 3-6 months. Skipped = belt slips, motor strains, life cut short
- Ellipticals — flywheel bearings dry out, magnetic resistance loses calibration
- Cable machines — cables fray over time; replacing before they snap = safety
- Bolted equipment — bolts loosen with use; check + retighten quarterly
- Resale value — a maintained machine sells for 30-50% more than a neglected one

What each visit includes
- Belt + deck lubrication (treadmills)
- Bolt + screw torque check (all equipment)
- Cable inspection + replacement if frayed
- Console + electronics test
- Lubrication of moving joints (ellipticals, bikes)
- Calibration check (resistance levels, console readings)
- Full deep clean
- Written condition report — what we did, what to watch
What's NOT included (quoted separately)
- Major part replacements (motor, console board, flywheel)
- Damage repair (cracks, dents, water damage)
- Software upgrades or app integrations beyond initial setup
Plan members get 20% off any repair work needed during the year.
