Most flat benches in the Volksgym range are standalone pads — you need a separate squat rack or barbell stands to hold the bar. The S5-36 eliminates that requirement. The integrated uprights hold your barbell at the correct starting height, and you lie down and press. For home gyms where a full power cage isn't practical (space or budget constraints), the S5-36 delivers a proper bench press setup in a smaller footprint.

At 55 kg gross weight, the S5-36 is a substantial piece of equipment — the heaviest bench in Volksgym's range. This mass provides the stability needed for heavy barbell pressing.
