Refund Policy
Our refund policy is tiered by product type. The tier for each product is shown on the product page in the Returns section.
The 4 tiers

Sealed vs. opened
Sealed means the original packaging tape is intact and the item has not been used. Sealed returns get a full refund (Tier A/B/C). Customer is responsible for arranging shipping back, OR may opt for UFS pickup at AED 250 (heavy items only).
Opened/used items are inspected on return. If the item is in resalable condition, a restocking fee applies as per the tier above. If the item is damaged, scratched, or missing parts, the refund is reduced based on depreciation or refused.
The 7-day Trial (Tier C — heavy equipment)
Treadmills, ellipticals, and other large equipment come with a 7-day in-home trial. If you don't love it within 7 days of delivery:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email within 7 days
- UFS team picks up the equipment at no charge
- 25% restocking fee applies (covers transport, inspection, refurbishment)
- Remainder refunded to original payment method within 7 working days
Non-returnable items
- Custom installations (e.g., bolted-down racks, wall-mounted equipment)
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., used yoga mats, mouthguards)
- Heavily customized orders (engraved, painted, branded)
- Clearance items marked “Final Sale”

- We confirm eligibility within 24 hours
- For pickup-eligible items, we schedule a pickup slot
- For ship-back items, we provide return label or address
- Refund processed within 7 working days of receipt + inspection
Refund method and timing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method:
- Card payments: 5–10 working days (depends on bank)
- Tabby / Tamara: refund processed via the BNPL provider, usually 3–5 working days
- Bank transfer / COD: refund via bank transfer, requires IBAN — 3–5 working days
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We arrange free replacement or full refund — no restocking fee. This does not affect your statutory rights.
