At UnitedFitnessStore.com, operated by Proxima Global Ventures FZC, we are committed to delivering your fitness equipment and wellness products securely, efficiently, and on time. Our shipping policies are designed to provide clarity, transparency, and trust during your shopping experience.

1. Shipping Process

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Orders are packed securely and shipped through our trusted logistics and courier partners.
• A proof of delivery (POD) receipt will be required and signed or confirmed by the registered customer upon successful delivery.
• Products are shipped in secure packaging to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Local Delivery (UAE): Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days across all Emirates.
• International Delivery: Delivery timelines vary based on destination country and address. On average, international delivery can take between 22 to 45 days.
• For remote locations such as Ruwais or areas on the western side of Abu Dhabi, additional delivery charges may apply. Customers are advised to contact our sales team prior to placing the order for confirmation.

3. Delivery Charges

• Free delivery is available for all UAE orders above AED 9,999.
• Orders below this amount may incur a standard shipping fee based on weight and location.
• Additional charges may apply for certain oversized items or for deliveries to remote locations.

4. Payment Confirmation

• Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an automated payment confirmation via email and/or SMS.
• This confirmation includes your order number, payment receipt, and product summary.
• Payment confirmation is sent immediately after the transaction is completed.

5. Shipping Restrictions

• UnitedFitnessStore.com will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries in accordance with the law of the United Arab Emirates.
• Orders placed from restricted countries will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
