3. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:
- The item was used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
- Custom-made, clearance, or built-to-order items unless defective.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. yoga mats, wearables) if packaging is opened.
- Requests made after the 3-day period from the delivery date.
4. Shipping Costs
- If the refund is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
