1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

3. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The item was used, damaged, or altered by the customer.
  • Custom-made, clearance, or built-to-order items unless defective.
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. yoga mats, wearables) if packaging is opened.
  • Requests made after the 3-day period from the delivery date.

4. Shipping Costs

  • If the refund is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
