Cancellation & Replacement Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be cancelled without penalty if the cancellation request is made before the item is shipped. Please contact our customer support immediately to process a cancellation.
  • After Shipment: Once the item has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may be eligible to request a return or replacement based on the conditions mentioned below.

2. Replacement Policy

You may request a replacement of your product under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product received: The item delivered is different from the one you ordered.
  • Defective product: The product is found to be faulty or non-functional at the time of delivery.
  • Product damaged in transit: The item arrives visibly damaged or broken due to shipping.
  • Delayed delivery: The item was not delivered within the agreed delivery window (3–5 working days in UAE), unless delay is due to force majeure or customer unavailability.

3. Reporting Timeframe

To be eligible for cancellation or replacement, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Requests reported after 48 hours may not be eligible unless under special conditions approved by management.
  • All claims must be accompanied by valid proof such as images or delivery receipts.

4. Important Conditions

  • The item must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/accessories intact.
  • For damaged or defective products, customers must retain the packaging and original invoice for claim processing.
  • Replacements are subject to stock availability. If a replacement is not available, a suitable alternative or refund may be offered.

5. Exclusions

  • Customized, built-on-order, or clearance items may not be eligible for cancellation or replacement unless they are defective or damaged.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling will not be covered under this policy.
